The wording on the source is: No amount on the official portal or in the Law on Foreigners text it quotes — applicant must attach 'proof that has financial means of support'. Secondary sources (relocation agencies) state 3 × minimum wage = EUR 1,800/month (EUR 2,400 for degree holders, mirroring Montenegro's two-tier minimum wage EUR 600/800). The digital nomad ground is not named anywhere on that page. digitalnomads.gov.me separately confirms the nomad permit is capped at 2 years plus one 2-year extension (4 years total), short of the 5-year threshold on its own.     • proof of the justification of the request, that is, an employment contract or other document proving that the foreigner performs work electronically for a foreign company or his own company that is not registered in Montenegro
