No digital nomad route and no personal monthly threshold: the business-activity permit tests the business's income, not the applicant's salary. Advisers commonly recommend showing around €2,500/month, which is their experience of what makes a strong file, not a figure in law.

How this figure is set: The law asks for "sufficient means" and sets no figure. Formula: Two tests, neither of them a personal monthly figure. The business must have generated income of at least twelve times the average monthly gross remuneration in the national economy in the voivodeship where it is registered, in the year before the application; failing that, it must have employed at least two people full-time on indefinite contracts for the twelve months before it, or show resources or plans that will meet the condition in future (investment growth, technology transfer, innovation or job creation). Separately the applicant must have a stable and regular income sufficient to cover living costs for themselves and dependants, which is stated without a figure.
