Act 326/1999 Coll. s. 68(1)-(2), MFA English consolidation: permanent residence after five years' continuous residence, and s. 68(2) expressly counts time spent on a visa for over 90 days and on a long-term residence permit, which is precisely the programme's year-one visa and years-two-to-three permit. The exclusions in that subsection are secondment by a foreign employer, seasonal work and au-pair household help, with study counted at one half; none reaches the nomad ground. The programme itself caps at three years, so the remaining two must be served on a further long-term residence permit.
