Digital Nomad status was created by Cabinet of Ministers Resolution No. 241 (30 Apr 2025, in force mid-May 2025) as a standalone status (60 days then annual renewal to 10 years), separate from the 'temporary residence permit' defined under the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic 'On External Migration' (1 year, renewable to a 5-year total), which is the category that leads to 'immigrant status' and then a permanent residence permit per the State Migration Service (ssm.gov.kg — page located but unreachable by fetch, DNS failure) and legislationline's English text of the law. dnomad.e-gov.kg itself says nothing about PR either way. That nomad status doesn't feed the immigrant-status/PR pipeline is inferred from it being a categorically distinct legal status, not from an explicit exclusion statement.
