Art 147 allows the rentista to obtain residencia definitiva 'cumpliendo los requisitos establecidos en esta Ley'. Art 152(10) directly states a rentista who has held that status for one year prior to applying qualifies for residencia definitiva — a 1-year track, not the 5 years the site claims.
